PILOT DEPLOYMENT

Built Around the Operation, Not the Software

Software should adapt to how people actually work. North Parade systems are built around real inventory, service, staff, and customer workflows rather than forcing every business into the same process.

North Parade Labs

Research, prototypes, and emerging applications live under North Parade Labs. This is where we explore adaptations such as North Parade Guide and other concepts without presenting them as finished commercial products.

An Organization We’re Proud to Highlight

Work Vessels for Veterans is a Connecticut nonprofit that equips injured veterans with the tools and equipment needed to start businesses or pursue career education. Their work has helped thousands of veterans move forward through equipment awards, practical support, and mentorship.

North Parade is grateful to be among the veteran-owned businesses they have helped. Work Vessels for Veterans provided support toward our Deckhand Dave prototype kiosks, and we are pleased to use a small part of our site to point visitors toward the work they do for veterans nationwide.

Common Questions

What kinds of businesses are North Parade systems built for?
North Parade builds operational software for businesses managing inventory, service and repair work, staff workflows, or customer-facing information. Each product has a defined use case rather than trying to serve every business the same way.
Are your products only for marine dealerships?
No. Marine is an important proving ground and Deckhand Dave is intentionally designed for marine dealerships, but Hazegrey IMS and Deckplate SOS are designed for broader inventory, service, repair, mechanic, and operational environments.
Can North Parade systems work together?
They are separate products with complementary operational roles. Where it makes practical sense, integrations can connect inventory, service operations, and other workflows without forcing a business to adopt every North Parade product.
Do you provide installation and support?
Yes. Installation, onboarding, training, and support are available based on the product and deployment.
Can North Parade software be adapted to our operation?
Potentially. North Parade starts with the actual operational problem and determines whether an existing product, configuration, integration, or a separate adaptation is the appropriate fit.
Do you work with veterans, nonprofits, or other small businesses on custom software needs?

Yes. North Parade LLC is open to working with veteran organizations, nonprofits, established small businesses, and other mission-driven organizations that have a legitimate software or operational need.

This may include adapting an existing North Parade system, developing a specialized version of one of our products, helping solve a specific workflow problem, or exploring a new software concept where there is a practical fit.

Not every project will be a match, but we are willing to discuss the problem, understand what the organization actually needs, and determine whether there is a realistic way we can help.

What is North Parade Labs?
North Parade Labs is where research, prototypes, studies, and emerging applications are developed and documented. Labs work may be conceptual, experimental, or in development and is labeled accordingly.
